Traditional crayfish party
Celebrate the summer’s most joyous parties at Restaurant NJK – Helsinki’s most beautiful summer villa. NJK’s crayfish party are legendary and have become an annual tradition for many, where friends and colleagues gather for a dinner.
The grayfish menus are served from 21 July 2025.
Crayfish
Restaurant NJK serves classically cooked signal crayfish and noble crayfish with toasted bread,
butter and finely chopped dill.
For starters, we recommend 8-15 crayfish per person. We charge crayfish by daily price, varying by the size of crayfish.

Menus are prepared for the entire group special diets taken into account.
Crayfish and the menu needs to be ordered in advance. Invoice is made two banking days before reservations and cancellations after that will be charged.
